GET is managed hands-on by a multi-lingual and multi-disciplinary team that has more than 10 years of best-practice experience in green-energy development.

Together with our local partners, we plan to realize GET from start to operations: from prospecting and contracting to project development and financing, to engineering, realization and operation.

Our business culture is characterized by short lines of communication.

We work in an extremely professional, transparent and dynamic manner. Our objective is to bring international engineering talent to the region and to develop regional talent to become great experts in a range for fields from engineering, project management, finance and others.

GET is led by our CEO Pero Vrdoljak and our team of senior engineers and developers.

We are also constantly looking for new engineering and project management talents to join the team. We will update a list of vacancies, job descriptions and requirements by September 1st, 2022
